What Are IEEPA Tariff Refunds?
Throughout 2025, the President imposed additional tariffs under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) via multiple Executive Orders — covering China & Hong Kong (fentanyl-related, code 9903.01.24), reciprocal tariffs (codes 9903.01.25 and 9903.01.43–76), and country-specific actions targeting Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Japan, and others.
Many of these duties were subsequently paused, adjusted, or partially rolled back. If your entries were liquidated with IEEPA surtaxes during the applicable period, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund through Post-Summary Corrections (PSCs).
Our analyzer scans your 7501 entry summaries for every IEEPA-related code across all categories — from the base reciprocal (9903.01.25) to tiered rates (9903.01.43–76) to country-specific actions (9903.02.xx, 9903.96.xx) — calculating the total you may be able to recover.
